Sam Dowdy has been playing music since childhood. What began as piano lessons and learning guitar as a child, developed further into passion for drums as a young teen. 

He has played drums in the church since his teenage years.  As his passion for  music grew, he rediscovered his love of guitar.  Sam and his guitar has lead annointed worship in his church for more than 8 years.  Sam also plays various venues in the Central Texas area.

His love of music has inspired him to write songs drawn from his own life.  Sam's music is accoustically oriented with heartfelt, comforting lyrics and life experiences his fans relate to and hold dear in their own hearts.

Sam has recently finished his first album and has been blessed to work with some of the best musicians in the industry.
